Got concerns, worries or need some advice, your aged between 11yrs and 19yrs, www.talk4teens.nhs.uk can help. This site has been developed through the County Durham PCT Health Improvement Team and ideas from young people from Wear Valley and Teesdale. The young people were asked what would help them and what they would like to see on a 'young persons healthy website', so that's how TALK4TEENS evolved. This website development is also part of the Durham Dales and County DurhamTeenage Pregnancy Strategy.

On our site there's advice about 'Keepin healthy' .......relationships, sexual health, drugs, feelin bored, to name a few. You can also send an e-letter to 'The Team' to get your own personal confidential answer or ask for info or advice on what's blaggin your head. Its easy to do just click on 'Ask the Team' to go into our secure bulletin board.
Its all confidential, when you send your question to one of 'The Team' you will get a reply within 48 hours during the week, you may have to wait bit longer if it's the weekend. Remember you don't have to say who you are, just remember your username and password that way YOU stay in CONTROL
