INFORMATION COLLECTION & USE
On www.talk4teens.nhs.uk if you post a question on our bulletin board you will see that we don't ask for your email address or name. We also take measures to ensure that if you inadvertently supply us with any personal information, such information is automatically removed. This anonymous information is then used to answer specific questions to keep up to date with teenagers health concerns and research to describe teenagers health concerns.

EVALUATION FEEDBACK
When you complete 'Wot U Think' we do not ask for personal information and undertake the same safe guards as with the bulletin board. We use your feedback to get a better understanding of your views on Talk4teens website and the advice 'The Team' have given you.

SECURITY
All the data we collect on the site is protected against unauthorized access. You are never asked to provide any personal information relating to your name, address or any other information that could identify you. The information you do give us is always stored in encrypted form in a data base that is protected from the internet by built in security software and a fire wall.

COOKIES
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the Users hard drive while they are visiting a particular website. It contains simple information about the users identity but no personal information. When the user closes their browser the cookie is destroyed.

We use our records for the pages users have visited on Talk4teens.nhs.uk to analyse trends, administer the site and track users movements. We will also evaluate from the bulletin board the frequency of questions on the same topics. Our records do not contain any personal information about users.
