1 Every effort is taken to ensure that the information published on this website

2 Before using the bulletin board:
a) Please look at our ‘Dos and Don’t’s page, privacy
policy, Confidentiality and our Disclaimer
b) For security reasons we need you to answer the two questions about
the area you live in.
c) Click on ‘Login’, you will then be asked to provide a
User Name and Password (please don’t use your full name,
use something you are going to easily remember for when you retrieve your
answer)
You will then be able to type and send your question to ‘The Team’.
Please refrain from using bad language or giving inappropriate information,
obscene material as your question may not be answered.
d) Only members of ‘The Team’ will have access to your question
but they will not be able to see your Username or Password.
e) Once a member of ‘The Team’ has answered your question
they will send this back to you. The question and answer are stored in
a safe area and only you will be able to retrieve this by typing in your
Username and password.
f) You can then delete the question or answer? Or you can keep this for
future reference (NO ONE ELSE CAN READ THIS UNLESS YOU TELL THEM YOUR
USERNAME OR PASSWORD)
g) If you want to ask another question you follow the steps again from
b) to e)
